Capability to add tags anywhere within a Jot, Note, Etc., then have those tags be added to the document retroactively.

Another spin on this idea is to add tags based on the most common words on the page. I think that might be more useful to me to add tags to all my untagged notes without specifically adding some tags to them manually.
