Interpret dates in templates

A plugin that inserts a template at the current position and replaces any dates found between {curly braces}.

Would require a menu that lets the user choose a note.

Could this support just be added to the `[[=` function? That would be ideal for me as knowing whether to use that vs the plugin would depend on if there are any variables in the template and I probably won't remember all the time. Plus, `[[=` is now ingrained in me for pulling in a template.
