Create a concept of super tags

The concept of #Supertags https://tana.inc/supertags like they are implemented in Tana, would be interesting to have on a bullet point level or a header level. For example, if you have a link on the heading or a parent bullet point, you'll be able to see that link in the "backlinks" section of that note. Ideally, you would be able to create a dynamic object in another note (could be a table) that pulls in all the instances of the supertag into that note with some metadata (note of origin for example with a link).
