Automatically generate a Tag-based Table of Contents in a single master note

I use tags to organise my notes in Amplenote, and I would like a way to automatically generate a Table of Contents (ToC) that would list all my notes based on their tags.

Specifically, I'm looking for a feature that would:
- Automatically gather all my notes
- Group them by tags
- Create links to these notes in a single "master note"
- Update automatically when I add or modify notes.
