Plugin capability: Allow plugin directory name to be different

Currently the plugin name that shows up on the plugin directory is same as the one shown when we actually use the plugin.

I want to use better descriptive name in the plugin directory (as users may skip reading the actual description)

I will use a short name where the plugin is called to save screen space (example: for replaceText action plugins)

Hey there Harikrishnan! You can use the "check" function to return a (shorter) String that will show up as the plugin action https://www.amplenote.com/help/developing_amplenote_plugins#replaceText

Does that satisfy your use case? (I'm not sure if this works outside of replaceText, but I think we can make that happen)
