Allow note to be exported to PDF

A note menu option that allows a note to trigger download as a PDF would be often useful. Hopefully it can be done without requiring sign-up from a third-party service? Since plugins can include external libraries, and there are a lot of good JS libraries for reading/writing PDFs, one hopes we could just use one of those directly?
