Generate a todo list off previous notes with similar title

For example, if I make a note called "Grocery list," find previous notes that include "Grocery list" In the title, check which items were in the note (whether completed or not) and add the most common items into the current note. Preferably with precedence given to more recent notes.

edThis is convenient for notes that are tied to regular calendar appointments. Such notes have the same name.
